| 摘 要： | 利用热传导理论，结合ＬＰＨＶＤ（激光等离子体混合气相沉积）工艺，从激光功率密度、光斑尺寸、预制棒平动速度和转动速度等方面分析光纤ＰＣＶＤ法中激光熔融过程，并优化这些参数，得到功率密度、运动速度、熔融时间、熔融厚度等之间的具体关系。
