不同贮藏年份葱蒜类种子的POD同工酶研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对不同贮藏年份的百合科葱属的韭菜、洋葱、大葱的种子进行了POD同工酶分析,不同贮藏年份种子其种子活力与POD同工酶在酶带多少、相对活性强弱上存在着较明显的正相关,同时POD同工酶在葱属的三个种间也存在着显著差异,为葱蒜类种子的生理及种间分类的研究提供了依据。

Abstract:The analysis is carried out on the basis of the experiment of polyacry lamide gel electropheresis on the peroxidase isozymes of the stored seeds of Allium genus:chives,onion,Chinese onion.The result shows that for the stored seeds in different period,there is an obvious postive correlation in the number and relative activity of zymogram banes between the vigor of seeds and the peroxidase isozymes.Meanwhile there is also obvious difference among the three species of Allium genus.The result gives some useful reference to the studies on the physiology and the classification among the three spesies.
