| 摘 要： | 为解决城市交通规划问题,从定义、内涵和评价模型3方面对现有5种交通可达性模型进行了比较研究。以大连市中心城区早高峰时段公共交通出行的可达性为例进行了应用研究。辨析了交通可达性与机动性在城市交通发展中的关系,提出了可达性导向的交通规划思路。与传统规划不同,该可达性导向的交通规划更加以人为本,更有助于从根本上解决城市交通问题。
