摘    要:以镇江长江征润州水源地为例,在考虑水源地风险类型、水源地风险控制能力的基础上构建了水源地综合风险定量评价指标体系和评价方法,并确定各指标特征值的计算方法和风险等级划分标准,特征值计算中提出以风险累积指数反映风险源数量和集聚程度对水源地风险的影响程度,应用空间自相关分析方法确定风险累积指数。评价结果表明:征润州水源地风险等级为中风险;水源地安全威胁主要为上游20 km岸线内的沿江码头,废水直排企业和污水处理厂对水源地供水安全影响较小。

Abstract:Based on the risk categories and self-control capabilities of risks in water source areas, a comprehensive and quantitative risk assessment index system was established using the Zhengrunzhou water source area in Zhenjiang City as an example, and an evaluation method is put forward. The calculation method of the eigenvalue of each index and the risk level grading standards are presented. In calculating eigenvalues, a cumulative risk index was used to represent the impact of the amount and agglomeration intensity of risk sources on the risks of the water source area, and the cumulative risk index was determined using the spatial autocorrelation analysis method. The results show that the risk level of the Zhengrunzhou water source area is at a the medium grade, the main threats influencing the security of this area are the docks located on the shoreline within 20 km upstream of this area, and the directly discharged pollutants from enterprises and sewage plants have less influence on the water source area.
