| 摘 要： | 科学精神是科学的重要内容,是科学知识的灵魂。它是科学发展历史本身的产物。科学精神中最重要的是客观精神、理性精神、实证精神和进取精神。在传播与普及科学知识的同时也内在地包含着科学精神的培育。培育科学精神是科技传播与普及的重要功能和使命。只有使公众逐渐领会和具备科学精神,才能更快地卓有成效地提高我国公民的科学素养,才算达到了科技传播与普及的目的。

| Abstract: | Scientific spirit is pivotal content of science,the soul of scientific knowledge,the product of the histony of science development itself.The most important spirits in scientific spirit are objective spirit,rational spirit,enterprising spirit and progressive spirit.The spreading and popularizing of science and technology internally contains the cultivation of scientific spinit at the same time,which is the important function also the mission of science and technorogy spreads and popularizes.Only the public grasp and possess scientific spinit gradually,can we improve our citizencs understanding of science more quickly and more efficiently.In this way,the good of science and technology spreads and popularizes can be aceomplished. |
