翻译中女性主义意象的缺失与补偿——以《使女的故事》译文为例

实验女性主义语言包涵多层面的信息，承栽着丰富的女性主义意象。由于语言文化的不可译性，实验性语言形式通常在译文中难以复制。而传统的语义对等翻译原则．使得实验性语言所承载的女性主义意象也随之缺失。以女性主义小说《使女的故事》的翻译为例，从翻译中的意识形态角度，运用补偿措施重现传统译文中缺失的女性主义意象。

The Loss of Feminist Implications and Its Compensation in Translation: A Comparative Study on the Translations of The Handmaid's Tale

Experimental feminist language carries extensive information, which contains rich feminist implications. Due to cultural and linguistic untranslatability, experimental language in the original works can hardly be reproduced in the translations. Meanwhile, the traditional translation principle of fidelity to the literal source text leads to the loss of feminist implications carried by experimental language. Based on the translation of a feminist novel The Handmaid＇s Tale, this paper discusses from the ideological perspective how to revisiblize the lost feral- implications in translation through compensation.
