硝胺推进剂新型键合剂胶片的表面性能

摘    要:采用静滴法测定了取代酰胺、中性高分子键合剂胶片的表面能,对照加入取代酰胺键合剂的推进剂模拟配方试样的力学性能,证明键合剂胶片的可逆粘附功Wadh是一个表征键合剂改善推进剂试样力学性能效果的综合参数,为在硝胺/硝酸酯体系中选择键合剂提供了依据.并根据Wadh的数据,对几种高分子键合剂的效果进行了预测.

Abstract:The sessible drop method has has used to study interfacial properties of substitute amide bonding agents gumstocks and and neutral polymeric bonding agent(NPBA) gumstocks. Comparing calculation results with tensile properties of model propellant composite using substituted amide bonding agents, it is found that the inversible adhesion work Wadh of bonding agents gumstock is a good parameter for characterizing the effect of bonding agents on improving tensile properties of solid propellants. The effect of NPBA on improving tensile properties of propellants can also be deduced by using Wadh.
