| 摘 要： | 本文研究了应用基质固相分散（ＭＳＰＤ）——高效液相色谱法测定食物中痕量抗蚜威和双甲脒残留物的新方法。并讨论了应用ＭＳＰＤ技术进行前处理与传统残留分析的区别。本文首次将ＭＳＰＤ技术用于水果、蔬菜中抗蚜威和双甲脒残留物的高效液相色谱分析，并对定量检测条件作了详细的研究。

| Abstract: | A simple and reliable method for the determination of trace pirimicarb andamitraz in fruit and vegetable by matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD)and liquidchromatography was presented.The MSPD-HPLC technique used for assay of tracepirimicarb and amitraz in fruit and vegetable was discussed and the conditions of quantita-tive analtsis were investigated in detail. |
