公共政策供求问题分析及对策

应用政策供给与需求的均衡分析理论对政策供求问题进行了综合分析。由于不完善的社会主义市场经济体制、民主法治建设的滞后、个人的习惯依赖性等原因造成了当前中国的政策供求问题。为解决公共政策供求问题,提出如下对策:完善社会主义市场经济体制,准确定位政府职能;健全民主法治建设,加强政策有效性;增强公民自治能力,推进公民社会建设;提升政府决策能力,推动政策创新等。
