摘    要:通过对低等级公路改扩建前后道路特征和事故特征的分析,得到改扩建低等级公路交通事故的主要致因;对比不同评价方法的适用性,选择安全审查与设计一致性相结合的危险指数评价法对改扩建低等级公路进行安全评价,基于云南省改扩建低等级公路交通事故主要致因,选择接入口、路侧、路面、交通设施等作为评价指标。

Abstract:Through analyzing the different characters of roadway and accident before and after rebuilding and expansion projects on low-grade highways in the mountain area, the main causes of accidents on low--grade highways after rebuilding and expansion was given. Though comparing different kinds of evaluation methods, hazard index assessment method with safety audit and designing consistency was chosen to evaluate the safety level of low--grade highways after reb_uiiding and expansion. Based on the main causes mentioned above, access, roadside, road surface and traffic facilities were chosen to be the evaluation indexes.
