摘    要:利用具有良好导电性能的碳纤维与丁腈橡胶复合,来改善丁腈胶辊材料的抗静电性能,缓解在纺纱生产中由于静电而引起的胶辊缠绕等问题.通过实验发现,碳纤维的含量对短碳纤维/丁腈橡胶(ShortCarbonFiber/NitrileButadieneRubber)电性能的影响存在一个临界值,当碳纤维的含量达到此临界值时,SCF/NBR的体积比电阻和静电电压都得到显著的降低.

Abstract:The objective of this research is to provide a kind of antistatic material for spinning top-roller in order to solve lapping problem caused by static in spinning process. Carbon fibers with excellent electrical conductivity are adopted to compound with NBR. Experimental results indicate that there is a critical value of carbon fiber weight fraction which effects the electrical properties of SCF/NBR. When carbon fiber weight fraction comes to this critical value, volume specific electrical resistance and static voltage of SCF/NBS are decreased evidently.
