聚焦超声治疗子宫颈糜烂218例观察

目的：探讨聚焦超声治疗子宫颈糜烂的有效性和安全性。方法：采用聚焦超声治疗技术共治疗慢性宫颈炎患者407例，观察其临床症状、体征及疗效。结果：超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的一次治愈率为53．21％，总有效率达到95．88％。宫颈糜烂程度越轻痊愈率越高，轻度、中度糜烂治愈率明显高于重度糜烂，（P〈0．05，P〈0．05）。宫颈糜烂单纯型治愈率明显高于颗粒型和乳头型（P〈0．05，P〈0．025）。术后阴道流液和血性分泌物量少、时间短；治愈后宫颈恢复常态，无瘢痕形成。结论：聚焦超声治疗是一种有效的可供临床医生选择的治疗慢性宫颈炎的新方法。

Observation the Effect of Focused Ultrasonic Treatment on Cervical Erosion

Objective: The effectivity and safety about treatment of cervical erosion using focused ultrasonic method.Methods: Study and summarize the curative effect on 218 sufferers followed up continuously and closely.Result:The less degree cervical erosion is,the higher degree recovery rate is,and recovery rate for less or moderate erosion is obvious higher than for heavy erosion,(P<0.05,P<0.05).The recovery rate for simplex cervical erosion is obvious higher than for grained or mastoid erosion(P<0.05,P<0.025).The total effectiveness has less difference.Conclusion:The treatment using focused ultrasonic method is a kind of new and effective measure which can be chosen by clinical doctor in healing of a chronic cervicitis.
