| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村从一定意义上说就是要突破路径依赖，实现制度变迁。作为新农村建设的重要议题，农村公共文化事业在退出路径依赖的发展过程中，政府的干预和一致性行动依然重要。在统筹城乡的基础上采取多元方式提供公共文化服务，促进基层政府公共行政模式的现代转型，是实现我国农村公共文化服务机制创新的基本路径。

| Abstract: | Building new socialist countryside must breakthrough path dependence and change the system. In the process of countryside public culture abandoning path dependence, government＇s intervention and consistent action are of great significance. The basic paths to countryside public culture service mechanism innovation are to provide public culture service with the foundation of urban and rural balance and encourage the reform of basic level government＇s public administration pattern. |
