| 摘 要： | 松坡图书馆旧址是纪念蔡锷将军的重要场所,其创建是基于蔡锷将军的＂爱国尚武＂与＂民主革命＂精神,毛泽东主席曾批示：＂特饬邵阳松坡图书馆列为一等图书馆＂。该馆平面布局科学合理,建筑造型美观适用,具有鲜明的时代特色。且有较好的开发利用价值。

| Abstract: | The former site of Songpo library is a very important place for commemorating General Ts＇ai Ao.It was built based on Ts＇ai Ao＇s ＂patriotic and martial＂ thought and ＂democratic revolution＂ spirit.Chairman Mao once made a special instruction： ＂Shaoyang Songpo Library should be built into a first class library.＂ The library has a scientific and rational layout and beautiful and useful buildings.It embodies striking characteristics of the times and has a great value for exploitation and utilization. |
