金刚石膜电极电化学氧化工业含磷废水的研究

摘    要:用掺硼金刚石(BDD)作电极,采用循环电解法处理含磷工业废水,研究了电解时间、槽电压及电极间距对有化学需氧量(COD)降解率的影响.实验发现在槽电压8V、电极间距2 mm,经过5h电解废水的COD降解率达到了93.9%,并且做了阴极替换实验,最后对COD的降解机理做了分析.

Abstract:The treatment of industrial wastewater containing phosphorus using bulk electrolysis was investigated by synthetic boron-doped diamond(BDD) thin film electrodes to explore the influences of the time,tank voltage and the distance of electrodes on the rate of the degradation.The rate of the gradation was up to 93.9% after 5 hour's electrolysis when the voltage is 8 V and the distance of the electrodes was 2 mm in the experiment.We also carried out an experiment of instead of cathode.The mechanism of the degradation of the COD was analyzed at last.
