技术引进和自主研发对中国制造业企业创新绩效影响模拟

随着国内产业的转型和升级,企业创新绩效越来越受到重视.整理归纳了关于技术引进与自主研发对中国制造业企业创新绩效影响的研究结论,在现有研究的基础上,结合系统动力学方法,将影响企业创新绩效的众多因素进行总结分类.利用Vensim软件绘制因果反馈图,形成连接关键变量与其他变量的反馈回路,同时绘制系统流图并对其进行有效性检验.最后模拟分析不同比例的技术引进经费支出和自主研发经费支出对企业创新绩效的作用效果.研究结果表明:自主研发与技术引进经费的增加均能促进企业创新绩效的提升;增加相同比例的经费支出,自主研发更能有效促进企业创新绩效.

Simulation on the Influences of Technology Import and Independent Research and Development on the Chinese Manufacturing Enterprise Innovation Performance

Along with the transformation and upgrade of the domestic industry,more and more attention is being paid to the firm innovation performance.Organizing and summarizing the existing research conclusions about the influences of technology import and independent research and development on the firm innovation performance,based on the system dynamics method,the factors which affect the performance of enterprise innovation were classified.Then the software of Vensim was used to perform the model validation test,and a feedback loop was provided to connect the key variables and other variables.The effect of the proportion of technology import spending to independent research and development spending on the firm innovation performance was analyzed.It is shown that the independent research and development and technical introduction can promote the firm innovation performance;increasing the spending with the same proportion,the independent research and development can promote the firm innovation performance more effectively.
