电解阳极催化技术处理工业废水研究

摘    要:以含氯苯酚高浓度工业废水为研究对象,采用电解阳极催化技术,研究处理高浓度工业有机废水的可行性及其处理效果.在反应槽电压8 V,电流密度45 mA/cm2的条件下,处理COD值为1 388,2 343 mg/L的高浓度氯苯酚模拟废水2 h,COD去除率分别达到44%和68%;处理COD值为1 685 mg/L的高浓度含苯酚工业洗涤废水2 h,COD去除率达到59%.结果表明,电解阳极催化方法处理高浓度有机工业废水是有效可行的,并且此法处理工艺简单,操作方便,便于自动化控制,在治理钢铁工业洗涤废水的应用中将有良好的前景.

Abstract:The industrial wastewater containing high-concentration chlorophenol was tested and studied as an instance to make sure of the feasibility and effect of treating wastewater containing high-concentration organic compounds by way of electrolytic anode catalysis. A test was carried out in a reaction tank under 8 V and 45 mA/cm, where the values of COD in the simulated and washing wastewater containing high-concentration chlorophenol were 1388, 2343 and 1685 mg/L and the wastewater was treated for 2 hr and, as a result, 68% and 59% were removed, respectively. The results showed that the electrolytic anode catalysis is effectively feasible to the treatment of industrial wastewater containing high-concentration organic compounds, and it is technologically simple in operation and available to automatic control. It will have good prospects in iron and steel industry for water washing.
