炼油厂污水浮渣脱水的研究

摘    要:在炼油厂污水处理过程中.溶气浮选所产生的浮渣是水包油型的乳状液.它含有4%左右的油.90%的水及6%的固体悬浮物.本文用物理、化学方法研究了浮渣的脱水和固化问题.先加入100~300ppm无机絮凝剂硫酸铝Al_2(SO_4)_s],再加5~10ppm阴离子型有机离分子絮凝剂S417.然后经砂床过滤.收到了较好的效果.浮渣中的含水量在lh内从90%降到50%,脱水率为56%.从显微镜放大观察到.浮渣中细小分散的固体颗粒逐步长大,并连成大颗粒。这对于污泥的过滤和脱水十分有利.对絮凝剂的作用机理也做了探讨.

Abstract:In the process of wastewater treatment in refinery, the floating scum attained by using air dissolved floatation is O/W emulsion which composes of 4% (wt) oil, 90% (wt) water and 4-6 (wt) % solid. Physical and Chemical methods were used to dewater and solidify the scum. At first, 100-300 ppm inorganic agent A12(SO4)3 were added to the scum, and then 5-10 ppm anion organic flocculating agent S417 with high molecule to it. The mixture was filted with a sand bed. The dewatering effect is good by using this method. The water content of the scum decreased from 90% (wt) to 50% (wt) in one hour and the dewatering rate is 56%. It can be found from the microscope picture that the fine and dispersed particles of the scum were connected into large one, which will be helpful for the filtration and dewatering of the scum. The flocculation mechanism is described.
