彩色光固化成型试验

摘    要:在已有的激光快速成型实验装置的基础上,基于时间/压力流体点胶技术原理,设计并建立了彩色光固化成型实验装置,并利用该实验装置通过正交试验研究了点胶机压力、针头内径和注射器运动速度等工艺参数对着色过程中液体流量和液滴截面尺寸的影响规律,进而进行工艺参数优化,实现彩色光固化成型样件的加工。该研究为实现标准化的彩色光固化成型加工提供了工艺方面的参考。

Abstract:According to the theory of time-pressure fluid dispensing process, a stereolithography apparatus system was designed and made based on the existing equipments of laser rapid protyping. Orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effects of process parameters, including dispense pressure, needle diameter and injector speed, on the fluid flow and the dimensions of the droplet interface, and the samples were made based on the optimized parameters. This study can be a technical reference for the development of color stereolithography.
