Beagle犬安全药理遥测系统埋植手术术位开裂处治失败1例报告

笔者所工作的实验室发生1例beagle犬安全药理遥测系统埋植手术术位开裂。由于兽医自身经验不足及其它条件的限制,在术后护理中采取系列缝合处理后未能实现创口闭合,且因术位发生继发感染而宣告处治失败。本文将简报这1失败案例以避免类似失误。

Report of a Surgical Procedures Bit Cracking Treatment Failure in 1 Safety Pharmacology Telemetry System Implanted Beagle Dog

In the author’s laboratory,there was a case of surgical site dehiscence occurred in 1 beagle dog which was implanted with a telemetry system for safety pharmacology assessment.As the staff veterinarian,the author failed to achieve appropriate wound closure after series of attempted suturing,due to lack of experience and limited resources available.The post-surgical care on the dehiscence was terminated due to secondary infection.The paper presents the readers of a failed postoperative care case,aiming to remind the peers of avoiding similar failures.
