柴油机喷油嘴各喷孔流量检测设备的研制

摘    要:介绍一种测量油嘴各喷孔流量设备的设计思路。该设备流量传感器原理为定容法,采用了油嘴快速装夹、燃油恒温装置、油道阻尼等装置措施。批量测试表明,该设备可同时测量喷油嘴各喷孔流量的不均匀性,从而可发现喷油嘴参数以往不易被发现的问题,得到了其他测试手段无法测取的一些结果,比只测总流量获取了更多的信息,为研究喷油嘴参数对各喷孔流量影响及生产厂改进产品质量提供了新的测试手段。

Abstract:An equipment to measure the flow of individual orifice of diesel nozzle was developed by using quick set-up device,fuel consistent temperature device and damping devices.The flow is usually measured by means of calcuating the time when the fized volume is filled by the oil.Batch tests illustrated that the flow discrepancy among individual orifices of the nozzle can be showed on the equipment at one time,so more information can be obtained than the measurement of total flow.The equipment provides a new method for researching the influence of nozzle parameters on individual orifice flow,as well for improving product's quality to manufactures.
