小型蛙离体心脏灌流实验方法的研究

摘    要:以小型的泽蛙(Rana limnocharis)为实验动物,分别用传统实验操作方法和改进后的实验操作方法进行"蛙心灌流"实验.结果显示:与传统实验操作方法相比较,采用改进后的方法进行实验操作具有更高的成功率、更长的标本存活时间和更强的蛙心收缩力,而且均达到差异极显著水平(p<0.01或者p<0.001).

Abstract:The experiment of isolated heart perfusion in Rana limnocharis with traditional technique and improved technique was studied. The result showed that the improved technique had higher success rate, longer living times and stronger contraction power of frog samples than traditional technique. And all these were significantly different between the two techniques(p〈0.01 or p〈0.001).
