生物质合成气一步法合成二甲醚CuZnFeZr/HZSM-5催化剂的研究

摘    要:以玉米秸秆热解气化所产生的生物质合成气为原料,研究了一系列催化剂的催化性能,其中优选出的CuZnFeZr/HZSM-5催化剂显示了较高的原料气CO转化率以及目标产物二甲醚的选择性.同时系统研究了温度、压力、空速等反应条件对于该反应的影响.通过实验优化得到适合该催化剂的反应条件为:反应温度260~270℃、反应压力约3.0 MPa,合成气空速为1500 h-1.

Abstract:As a kind of alternative fuel for diesel engines, attention due to its desirable properties compared with those of traditional diesel fuels. Direct synthesis of dimethyl ether from bio-syngas was studied over a series of catalysts. CuZnFeZr/HZSM-5 catalyst show higher conversion of CO and selectivity of DME than the other catalysts. The experimental parameters, i.e.,reaction temperature, pressure and space velocity were also studied for this reaction. The experiment has been optimized process conditions: temperature 260-270 ℃, the temperature is about 3.0 MPa, and the space velocity is about 1500 h-1.
