5.0%高效氯氰菊酯微乳剂的研究

摘    要:采用自配复合乳化剂成功制备高效氯氰菊酯质量分数为5.0%的微乳剂,测定其稳定性能均能达到国家标准;采用新型研究方法从微观领域考察高效氯氰菊酯的微乳剂和乳油这两种不同剂型,发现稀释后,二者在水溶液中的分散状态、风干后的聚集状态以及在植物叶片表面的浸润情况都存在差异.这些微观检测结果说明高效氯氰菊酯质量分数为5.0%的微乳剂相较于传统乳油有更好的分散效果和浸润性,并显示了与乳油截然不同的结晶状态.

Abstract:The effective ingredient 5% beta-cypermethrin microemulsion had been prepared successfully with the use of compound emulsifier. The stable performances can reach the national standard. New research methods had been used to determinate the differences between these two kinds of dosage form, microemul sion and emulsion. The dispersed state, aggregation state after dried and the infiltration on plant leaf surface after diluted by water are all different. These micros.copic detection results showed that 5.0% self-made microemulslon comparing with traditional emulsion has better dispersion effect and invasive, and shows a distinct crystaliine state.
