新形势下博物馆安全管理模式探讨

坚定文化自信建设社会主义文化强国,强化博物馆在文化传播中的重要作用,是新时代赋予博物馆的新任务。新形势下的博物馆安全管理工作已突破了原有的简单的“文物看管”工作范畴,形成了大安全的安全工作态势。本研究依据当前博物馆安全管理的新形势,分析了博物馆面临风险的变化以及现阶段博物馆应对风险的能力情况,提出了一套覆盖博物馆文物、人员以及与之相关的管理流程和工作的安全管理体系制度,为博物馆安全管理工作模式的改变和提升提供参考。

Discussion on Museum Safety Management Mode under the New Situation

Strengthening the important roles of museums in cultural communication is one of the new tasks to enhance the cultural self-confidence and build the country with a strong socialist culture in the new era. Under the new situation, the safety management of museums has surpassed the original scope of "preservation of cultural relics" and formed the high security status. This study analyzed the changes of risks faced by museums and their abilities for coping risks at present according to the new situation of museum safety management, and then put forward a set of safety management systems covering museum cultural relics, related personnel and management processes to provide reference for improvement of museum safety management mode.
