| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆依网络而存，并将成为网络社会的重要成员。文章简单回顾了数字图书馆的起源，分析了数字图书馆与著作权主体的关系，描述了数字图书馆中涉及的著作权许可问题，最后提出了数字图书馆著作权的管理设想。
