基于ABAQUS的保险杠低速碰撞的仿真研究

摘    要:以某轿车为例,利用三维建模软件CATIA建立保险杠系统及碰撞器的三维仿真模型,HYPERMESH作前处理软件、有限元分析软件ABAQUS作求解器,根据欧洲的ECE-R42法规要求对轿车前保险杠进行正面低速碰撞仿真分析,得到了整个碰撞过程中保险杠系统的变形过程及应力分布情况.并对模拟结果进行了分析,总结了建立仿真模型的经验.对深入研究保险杠及整车碰撞仿真具有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on a car,for example,the bumper system and the three-dimensional simulation model of impacter were set up by a three-dimensional modeling software CATIA,Hypermesh was used as the pre-processing software and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used as the solver.According to the European regulation of ECE-R42,which requires to carry out the front low-speed collision simulation analysis to the front bumper of the car,the entire bumper system deformation and stress distribution were found out...
