简化非线性切削颤振数学模型
摘    要:以非线性再生颤振理论为基础,推导出一种简化的再生颤振数学模型.这一模型是与非线性模型等效但方差最小的单自由度系统自由振动微分方程.且它能够很容易地得出解析解,还能够很好地解释以往的线性模型无法解释的非线性现象,便于切削过程的稳定性分析及切削颤振发展过程的研究,利用这一模型还可以求出切削颤报的幅值.通过计算机仿真,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:Based on the theory of non-linear regenerative chattering,a simplified mathematic model wasdeveloped. The model is equivalent to the non-linear one,i. e. a differential equation of freevibration in a system of single degree of freedom with minimum variance. Its advantages are easy to solve lapplicable to the exPlanation of the non-linear phenomena that could not be explained previously by a linear model lapplicable tothe stability analysis of cutting process and the growing process of chatteringlavailable to find the value ofchattering amplitude. Computer simulation has been done for the model with satisfactory results obtained.
