多孔壁入流及其对槽道内主流流动与换热的影响

摘    要:对带有多孔壁入流的水平槽道内主流气体的流动与换热问题进行了数值模拟。数值计算中将主流区和多孔壁面区进行耦合求解,对多孔壁面内流动和换热、多孔区域的非均匀温度分布、注入率对表面温度的影响等进行了研究。计算结果表明:在多孔壁面内部,冷却气体与多孔壁面内固体颗粒之间存在一定温差,说明在对多孔壁面内部的流动与换热进行体积平均式的宏观数学描述时采用局部非热平衡模型的必要性;在靠近主流气体的多孔壁面孔隙内产生与主流相反方向的速度分量。此外,不同注入率下多孔壁面上表面固体温度的计算值与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:The fluid flow and conjugate heat transfer in a channel with inflow from a porous wall were investigated numerically.The simulations described the non-uniform temperature distribution in the porous wall and the effect of blowing ratio on the surface temperature.The results show the temperature difference between the coolant and the solid particles in porous wall which means that a thermal non-equilibrium model should be used to simulate convection heat transfer in porous walls.Flow reversal was observed at the porous channel exit.The numerical results for the surface temperature of the porous wall were in reasonable agreement with the experimental data for various blowing ratios.
