模糊聚类法用于聚乙烯材料的分类鉴别

摘    要:探索聚乙烯材料的分类鉴别方法,用裂解气相色谱法对聚类样品进行分析,结合谱图数据,利用模糊聚类方法对聚乙烯材料进行分类鉴别。首次利用模糊聚类方法较好地对不同产地的高密度,低密度,线性低密度聚乙烯进行了分类。该方法对聚合物材料的裂解气相色谱谱图解析提供了有效途径。

Abstract:To develop a method of discriminating of polyethylene materials,polyethylene materials were analyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography and then be classified by fuzzy cluster analysis. The result showed that the high density, low density and line low density polyethylene materials produced by different factories were classified correctly. The method provides a new way for discrimination of polymer materials.
