| 摘 要： | 目的：检测抑癌基因VIEN、FHIT在正常口腔黏膜上皮和口腔鳞癌中的表达情况，并探讨其与肿瘤组织学类型的关系。方法：采用SP法免疫组化方法检测62例口腔鳞癌中和12例正常口腔黏膜中FHIT、PTEN的蛋白表达。结果：在正常口腔黏膜中PTEN均为强阳性表达(12／12)，在口腔鳞癌中24．2％(15／62)表现为PTEN蛋白表达的缺乏或减少；而FHIT在正常口腔黏膜中也均为强阳性表达(12／12)；在口腔鳞癌中17．7％(11／62)表现为FHIT蛋白表达缺乏或减少。结论：PTEN、FHIT在口腔鳞癌的发生过程中起着一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: The purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of PTEN and FHIT in normal oral membrane and oral squamouce cell carcinoma (OSCC). The relationship between PTEN, FHIT and pathological characteristics of OSCC was analyzed. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining by SP method was used to detect the expression of PTEN and FHIT in 62 cases of OSCC, and 12 cases of normal oral membrane. Results: PTEN and FHIT were both expressed in all of the normal oral membrane (12/12). In 62 cases of OSCC, PTEN was expressed in 47 cases (47/62), and FHIT was expressed in 51 cases (51/62). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that the tumor suppress gene PTEN and FHIT may both play a role in the pathogenesis of OSCC. |
