| 摘 要： | 在新中国成立后的短短几年间,周恩来的外交思想、外交政策和外交基本原则已经确立,并逐步付诸实施。周恩来是新中国外交政策的决策人、指挥者和实践家。他的外交思想在实践中不断得到丰富和发展。实践证明,他是一位举世公认的杰出的外交家,是当之无愧的新中国外交事业的开拓者和奠基人。

| Abstract: | A few years after the establishment of PRC,Zhou Enlai's views on foreign policy and basic principles have been already established,and progressively put in to effect.Zhou Enlai is the decision-maker,conductor and practitioner of Chinese foreign policies,views on foreign policy was getting enriched and developed in practice.It is proved that he is a universally acknowledged outstanding diplomatist,and the fully-deserved pioneer and founder of Chinese diplomatic cause. |
