| 摘 要： | 号码资源作为一种不可再生资源在不同行业内早已受到广泛关注,而移动手机号码作为用户身份识别的一个标志,在进行号码更换时被证明存在一定的用户转移成本。本文通过建立一个完整的市场价格竞争模型,并对国际上已执行该项政策的移动通信市场进行实证分析,研究结果证实了号码可携带政策的实施将增进市场竞争,优化产业结构,削弱主导运营商的市场垄断力,增加社会福利。该研究为我国即将颁布并实施该项政策提供了理论依据及实证参考。
