基于PRWO契约的农作物种子供应链的渠道协调

探讨农作物种子销售渠道的协调优化问题。针对一个种子生产商一个零售商的供应链渠道，建模比较了不允许退货、全价按比例退货（PRW）、伴有退货权费用的全价按比例退货（PRWO）3种机制下销售商的最优订购策略，并进行仿真分析。研究表明：目前农作物种子销售模式中广泛存在的固定比例和可变比例退货机制均不能实现渠道的有效协调，伴有退货权费用的全价按比例退货（PRWO）可以实现渠道的协调和成员间协调利润的任意分割。表1，参10。

Coordinating the Channel of Crop Seed Supply Chain by PRWO Contract

This paper investigates the issue on channel coordination of crop seed supply chain which consisted of one seed supplier and one seed retailer.Firstly,this paper establishes three models,not allowing return model,part return with wholesale price(PRW)model,part return with wholesale price and return option fee(PRWO)model,to depict the retailer's ordering policies,and analyze them with comparison mode.Then,some numerical examples are simulated to analyze these models.The results show that the PRW policy,which applied by present suppliers,Can not ensure the channel coordination,and the PRWO policy can achieve the channel coordination and arbitrarily allocate the coordination profit to the agents 011 supply chain.
