| Abstract: | The paper puts forward three objectives:benefits,revenue and fairness which should be followed in establishing the charge model of expressway toll.Taking the charge model of toll for shanghai-Jiating expressway as an example,the paper proposes the procedure and method for establishing and evaluating the charge model of expressway toll. |
