| 摘 要： | 目的为建立我国SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心群,以满足科研、生产及检定工作不断发展的需要,对普通级IRM-2小鼠进行了剖腹净化。方法采用剖腹摘取子宫术,在无菌隔离器内操作、饲养和繁殖。结果建立了具有12只SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心群,种群生长发育正常。经2次微生物检测,符合SPF级标准。结论通过剖腹技术成功地建立了SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心保种群。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a nuclear colony of SPF IRM-2 mice for meeting the needs in scientific research,production and drug quality tests,the conventional IRM-2 mice were cleansed by cesarotomy.Methods The mice were cleansed by cesarean section,and the baby mice were reared and propagated in isolators.Results A SPF IRM-2 nuclear colony with 12 mice was established,and its growth and development of the colony is normal.It met the SPF animal standards indicating by two times of microbiological tests.Conclusion... |
