浅谈化工园区存在的主要环境问题及解决对策

本文指出了当前化工园区发展过程中存在着的环境问题主要是缺乏统一的科学规划、项目准入门槛低、环保基础设施建设滞后、环保第一审批权落实不到位、环境监管力度不够,并针对这些问题提出了解决对策。

Brief Analysis on Main Environmental Problems and Countermeasures of the Chemical Industrial Park

The main environmental problem of the development of chemical industrial park at present was pointed out, such as the lack of unified and scientific planning, the construction of environmental protection infrastructure was lagged , the accessing threshold of project was lower , the first approval power of environmental protection was carried out, the dynamics of environment supervision was inadequate. At last the countermeasure was proposed.
