摘    要:
以三七总皂甙为原料,利用碱水解经柱层析分离纯化制取人参皂甙-Rh1,该法具有反应条件温和、容易控制、制取方法简便、收率较高等优点,特别适用于甙元遇酸不安定的甙的水解,收率为0.53%。

Abstract:
The method of how to make ginsenoside-Rh_1 from the crude saponins of Panax notoginseng through alkaline hydrolysis and column chromatography is introduced. The yield of 20(s)-ginsenoside-Rh_1 is 0.53%.The reaction is mild and easy to be controlled. The method is very effective, simple and has a high yield.
