基于RBF-PID控制的直流调速系统仿真

摘    要:针对工程设计中PI控制直流调速系统启动时转速必然超调、自适应性差等问题,在分析双闭环直流调速系统数学模型的基础上,确定了系统的控制策略,并设计了一个RBF-PID控制器。利用RBF网络的自学习能力实时调节PID控制器参数,最终实现系统转速的调节。仿真测试表明:与工程设计的PI控制相比,采用RBF-PID控制的直流调速系统超调量小、动静态性能好、抗扰性能优、鲁棒性强。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of speed overshoot when the motor starts and poor adaptivity with the PI control based on engineering design method. This paper determines the control strategy and designs a RBF network PID controller, with the analysis of the mathematical model of the system. Firstly, the structure of RBF network is set to calculate the input and output layers of RBF network, then the incremental PID control method is adopted to calculate the output of the controller. RBF network is adopted to adjust three parameters of PID controller timely, and the best control parameters can be obtained, realizing the better speed adjustment. Simulation results show that, comparing to PI control based on engineering design, the system has smaller overshoot and better dynamic, static and robust performances, and it shows that the control method is efficient and advanced.
