我国知识产权发展状况的国际比较研究

为了更好地反映我国的知识产权发展状况,通过国与国之间的横向比较,可以更清晰地展现我国知识产权发展状况在世界中所处的位次,从而指导我们更好地促进国内知识产权发展。通过构建知识产权发展状况国际比较评价指标体系,选取世界上40个国家对其2015年度的知识产权发展状况开展国际比较,从总体发展情况、知识产权能力、绩效、环境发展状况4个方面发现我国与知识产权强国的实力差距。

An International Comparative Study on the Development of Intellectual Property

In order to reflect the development of intellectual property in China, we can more clearly show the status of China''s intellectual property development in the world''s ranking through the horizontal comparison between countries, so as to guide us to better promote the domestic Intellectual Property Development. Through the construction of an international comparative evaluation index system for the development of intellectual property rights, 40 countries have been compared by their development data of 2015. It is compared by overall development, capability, performance and environment to define the gap between China and intellectual property powerful countries.
