| 摘 要： | 本文以2015年政府公布的卫生统计数据为基础,对城乡卫生总费用、人均卫生费用、医疗从业人员、医疗机构床位、医疗设备等方面进行对比分析,并从财力、人力、物力3个方面较全面地分析了城乡医疗卫生资源配置的状况,以及目前我国存在城乡医疗卫生资源配置不公平及使用效率低的问题,提出促进城乡基本卫生资源配置公平和提高配置效率的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the official healthcare statistics data in 2015, this paper compares and analyzes the total healthcare expenses in urban and rural areas, per capita healthcare expenditure, medical practitioners, hospital beds, the scale of medical equipment and medical institutions, etc., which comprehensively reflect the current status of the financial, human, and physical aspects of healthcare resources allocations in urban and rural areas. The analysis shows that there are problems of low efficiency and inequality in the allocations of healthcare resources between urban and rural areas in China. This paper puts forward policy recommendations that promote equal and more efficient allocations of healthcare resources in urban and rural areas in China. |
