朔黄铁路庄里滹沱河大桥桥面无缝线路设计研究

摘    要:基于有限元分析软件,以朔黄铁路庄里滹沱河大桥桥面无缝线路设计为例,用两种设计方法对线路的钢轨强度、稳定性、断缝值等进行检算,以便判断是否可以取消既有的伸缩调节器。结果表明:无缝线路桥上连续梁钢轨最大伸缩附加力位于5号墩处;全桥采用常阻力扣件,不设钢轨伸缩调节器,钢轨强度检算的应力超过钢轨容许应力;桥上部分地段铺设小阻力扣件,其强度、稳定性以及断缝的检算均符合要求,即既有桥上钢轨伸缩调节器可以取消。

Abstract:Based on finite element analysis software, taking the circuit design of CWR on Hutuo River Bridge of Zhuangli on Shuohuang Railway as an example, two design methods are used to check the elements such as rail strength, stability, and broken gap in order to determine whether the existing retractable adjuster can be canceled. The results show that the maximum retractable additional force of the rail on the continuous beam of CWR is located at pier No. 5. The whole bridge adopts constant resistance fastener without rail retractable adjuster, and the stress of rail strength checking exceeds the allowable stress of rail. The small resistance fastener is laid on some sections of the bridge, and the checking of its strength, stability and broken gap meets the requirement. That is, the rail retractable adjuster on the existing bridge can be cancelled.
