| 摘 要： | 加强反腐倡廉制度建设，是惩治和预防腐败的关键举措。文章阐述了在反腐倡廉制度建设中重视细节的重要意义，分析了在制度建设中着眼细节应遵循的原则，并从制度制定、制度体系、制度内容、制度宣传和实施等方面，就如何从细节入手推进反腐倡廉制度建设进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To strengthen construction system of combat corruption and build a clean government is a key initiative for punishing and preventing corruption. The Paper describes the significance of paying attention to details in the construction of the anti-corruption system, analyzes the principles that should be abided in detailed system construction, and discusses how to promote construction of anti-corruption system based on the details from system constructing, system paradigm, system content, publicizing and implementation of the system. |
