Innovation of Talent's Training Mode Through Inside and Outside,Theory and Practice's Combination

Summarizing and running a school practical experience for a long time,Wuxi Institute of Technology has explored and practised the integrated courses system and the reform of contents of courses and the talent's training mode in order to work as a temporary labourer outside school to practise the engineering of combining with teaching workshop in the school.The paper analyzes the reform of the talent's training mode from inside and outside,theory and practice combination,practices,cores and ensurance.
