顶空-固相微萃取-毛细管气相色谱法检测土壤中的苯系物

摘    要:利用顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)同毛细管气相色谱连用技术,建立了一种测定土壤中的苯系物的方法.考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和加水量等因素对萃取效率的影响,并讨论了栽气流速、柱温和分流比等因素对测定结果的影响,通过优化固相微萃取条件,对该方法的检出限、精密度、回收率等进行了评价.结果表明,该方法精密度良好,相对标准偏差小于4.38%,5种组分的回收率在98.4%~101.3%,苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯和氯苯的检出限分别为4.18,1.14,0.42,0.41,3.95?g/L.该方法前处理步骤简单,灵敏度高,为土壤中的苯系物的检测提供了一种简便、快捷、可靠的测定方法.

Abstract:A convenient method has been developed for the determination benzenes in soil with Head Space-Solid Phase Microextraction(HS-SPME)-capillary column gas chromatography.The effect of extraction temperature,time and quantity of water on the HS-SPME process was studied.The factors influencing the analysis,such as flow rate,column temperature and split ratio were discussed.Under optimized conditions,limits of detection(LODs),precision and recovery were evaluated.The results showed the precision of this method was good.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 5 replicate measurement were lower than 4.38%.Good Linearity was shown.Detection Limits were obtained at the μg/L levels.The recoveries of all the analytes ranged from 98.4% to 101.3%.The proposed method is simple,sensitive,rapid and accurate.
