| 摘 要： | 从原子中的电子对X光散射的概念出发,对任意一个晶胞内的任意一个原子产生的X光衍射给出了具体的数学描述,从几何结构因子的定义出发,从理论上证明了晶体X光衍射强度与几何结构因子的平方成正比的这一重要关系。

| Abstract: | From the conception of X ray diffraction of electrons in an atom, the mathematical expression of X ray diffraction for an atom in a crystal cell is given. From the definition of the geometric structure factor of a crystal, the proportional relation between the X ray diffraction intensity and the square of the geometric structure factor for a crystal is proved. |
