增强新时期高校辅导员职业认同感的对策研究

摘    要:高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主体和骨干力量.新时期高校辅导员队伍流动性大、稳定性差、职业认同感较低.根据马斯洛的需要层次理论,提出通过促进辅导员工作程序化、建设辅导员工作支持系统、发挥辅导员专业优势等途径,增强高校辅导员职业认同感.

Abstract:Proceded from the common existing problems of college counselors'staff-constructions,and viewed from Maslow's theory of hierarchy need,this paper analyzes why college counselors had inadequate career identity for the job.At the same time some suggestions have been put forward to solve the problem: trying to promote the counselors' career identity by programming counselors' work,enhancing the sustaining system for counselors' work,bringing counselors' professional advantages into full play,making them realize their own self-esteem in the process of doing something new and original.
