| 摘 要： | 作者在概述ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ系统的基础上，描述了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境中通讯设计特点。还提出了软件所采用的双消息循环法，以解决通信任务，既适时工作又不独占控制权的问题。
