和谐视野中的城乡教育均衡发展

我国城乡教育严重失衡，表现在教育发展的各个阶段。究其原因，一是城乡分割的管理制度，二是城乡悬殊的经济收入，三是教育制度的城市倾斜，四是农民观念的相对落后。实现城乡教育均衡发展的途径包括：大力发展农村的生产力，加快农村的城市化步伐；优化农村内部的教育系统，提高教师的综合素质；促使农民观念革新，为教育均衡发展提供精神动力；完善教育法规，推动城乡教育均衡规范发展。

The Balanced Development of Education Between the Urban and Rural Areas in Harmonious Society

The educational unbalance between the urban and rural areas is serious at all levels of the development of education in China . The reasons can be concluded as the followings： first, the China＇ s two-dimensional division of rural and urban areas; second, the great disparity in income between these two areas; third, educational system＇s inclination to the urban areas; fourth, the relatively lagged- behind thought of the farmers, The solutions to the balanced development of education include： comprehensive development of productivity in rural areas ; faster process of urbanization in rural areas ; optimization of the inner educational system in rural areas; the hnprovement of the teachers＇ integrated qualifies; innovation of the farmers＇ mind in order to provide spiritual motivation to the balanced development of education; consummation of the education law to enhance the balanced development.
