| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,广州借助有利的地理区位优势,经济快速发展.经济的高速发展,必然带来城市的快速发展,人口增长加快,城区面积迅速扩张,城市各项设施如住宅、道路等都显得不协调.为适应社会发展的需要,旧城改造已成了城市建设中一个必须引起重视的问题.从上个世纪80年代开始,广州的城市发展、更新和保护成了广州人们普遍关心的问题.通过概述广州旧城改造经历过程,以及主要的改造方式;分析论证了当前广州旧城区改造成RBD的必要性和可行性,最后得出广州的旧城改造走RBD(游憩商业区)的道路具有积极的社会,经济和环境意义.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy,the population in Guangzhou has increased raqidly and the city itself has expanded at high speed,the infrastructure,such as housing,roadways is behind the times.the renovation of old urban district has been stressed,how to deal with the relationship to the development,renewal and reservation has become a common concerned matter.Based on examining the process and modes of renovation in Guangzhou's old urban districts,the paper constructively advances that one important way to copy with the development,renewal and renovation is to develop RBD in old urban district. |
